MAKING A BOOKING
To make a booking then you can either get in touch by text or phone on 07500 705 700 or you can use our online booking service www.ovatu.com/sites/bella-grace-beauty/18017. Using another method may result in your query being missed.
CANCELLING YOUR BOOKING
You may cancel your booking at any time without charge so long as you do so 24 hours or more before the date and time of the treatment you have booked. To cancel a booking, please call or text on 07500 705 700.
I understand that life happened and sometimes we need to cancel or move appointments when the unexpected happens. I will always do my best to accommodate you where possible however charges will be applicable if less than 24 hours notice is given.
24/12 hours notice- If you provide 24/12 hours notice that you need to cancel or move your appointment then I will endeavour to fill the appointment slot. If I can fill your appointment slot then no charge will be applied however if the slot cannot be filled then you will be charged 50% of the treatment cost.
Less than 12 hours notice- If you provide less than 12 hours notice that you need to cancel or move your appointment then I will endeavour to fill your appointment slot. If I can fill your appointment slot then no charge will be applied however if the slot cannot be filled then you will be charged 100% of the treatment cost.
As the business owner, cancellation charges are at my own discretion and contentious appointment changes and cancellations will result in restricted booking terms. You must provide confirmation that you do not require your appointment within the allocated times in order for the above terms to apply. Failure to provide clear instruction could result in 100% cancellation charge applying.
MAKING A CHANGE TO YOUR BOOKINGS
I am happy to amend your booking at anytime providing it is 24 hours before your appointment. You can amend your booking either by text/phone on 07500 705 700 or online. Failure to notify of an appointment change with 24 hours notice will result in the above cancellation charges being applied.
CANCELLING SOME OF YOUR TREATMENTS DURING THE SAME APPOINTMENT TIME
Please be aware that If you decide that you do not want all of the treatments that you have booked in then the above cancellation charges will apply. You will need to provide the required notice before you attend your booking.
To ensure that a treatment can be carried out in the safest way we will email you a consultation form to complete and return prior to your first treatment with us. We will then review this form with you prior to starting your treatment and before every treatment thereafter.
Failure to complete the consultation form prior to the treatment may result in the treatment being unable to go ahead due to a medical condition therefore it is important to complete the form or notify me as soon as possible of any medical or health issues. Please note that this may also lead to cancellation charges being applied.
It is your responsibility to inform our trained therapist(s) of any changes to your medical circumstances for all of your subsequent visits such as a change in medication, treatments you are undertaking, investigations in to your health, pregnancy ect. All of your health details will be held with the strictest of confidence and in line with GDPR best practice.
THE BELOW ARE EXAMPLE OF MEDICAL CONDITIONS WHICH MAY RESULT IN A TREATMENT BEING UNABLE TO GO AHEAD
*Cancer (including being in remission)
*Heart /Lung /Kidney Disease or Conditions
*High Blood Pressure Accompanied by other health complications
*Some Autoimmune Diseases
*Recent Surgery (6 months)
*Blood thinning medication
*Medication for acne
*1st Trimester of Pregnancy
*Pregnancy where there has been a history of complications or where fertility treatment has been received.
It is your responsibility to check with your doctor or medical practitioner about your suitability for any treatment and to obtain his/her written consent where necessary. Unless written consent has been provided from your doctor then I will be unable to proceed with any treatment.
Whilst I take every care to ensure safe practise, I accept no liability whatsoever for any injury or illness you incur through my treatments or by your failure to notify me of any existing health problems, special needs or from failure to follow the correct aftercare.
Aftercare advise is given at the end of your treatment and leaflets are also provided. You can contact me at anytime if you have any questions or concerns regarding your treatment or aftercare.
We currently accept cash and payment via Paypal or bank transfer. Please note we currently do not have a credit card facility.
If you wish to use the bank transfer or Paypal facility the payment will be required BEFORE the treatment start time.
Please ensure you arrive on time for your appointment. If you are late then this will effect your treatment time or you may not be able to have your treatment. this will be treated as per my cancellation policy (see above for details).
Please be aware that if you are 10 minutes early for your appointment then I may be with another client therefore will be unable to let you into the treatment room. I do not have a waiting room or reception facility therefore you can wait in the bar area of the pub (if open) or in the carpark. I do usually allow time in between treatments for this cross over however in some instances this may not always be possible.
If you are 16 years old or under then you will require written permission from your guardian that you have consent to receive your treatment. You will also be required to bring your guardian along with you to each of your appointments until you reach the age of 17. Your guardian will be responsible for completing the consultation form and will sign your consultation form on your behalf.
